Need a North Carolina document notarized for an apostille? An apostille certifies your notarized document for legal use in another country. I provide the notarization your document needs to qualify — completed with a full notarial certificate, venue, my signature, and round seal, exactly as the NC Secretary of State requires for authentication. The notarial fee is North Carolina's statutory $10 per signature. After notarization, you submit the document to the NC Secretary of State's Authentication Office to obtain the apostille (for Hague Convention countries) or authentication certificate (for non‑Hague countries); their fee is $10 per document, paid directly to the state.
